By accessing or using RegMail ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the Service. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time, and continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of any modifications.
RegMail provides an email API platform that allows users to send emails through their own Google account via a REST API. The Service acts as an intermediary between the user's application and the Gmail API. RegMail does not send emails on behalf of users from its own accounts; all emails are sent from the user's authenticated Google account.
To use the Service, you must create an account and provide accurate, complete, and current information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, API keys, and any activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
You agree NOT to use the Service to:
By connecting your Google account, you authorize RegMail to access the Gmail API on your behalf solely for the purpose of sending emails as requested through the API. You can revoke this access at any time through your Google Account settings. RegMail stores OAuth refresh tokens securely and does not access your inbox, contacts, or any data beyond what is necessary to send emails.
API keys are provided for authentication purposes. You are solely responsible for the security of your API keys. Do not expose API keys in client-side code, public repositories, or shared environments. RegMail is not liable for any unauthorized use resulting from compromised API keys. You may revoke and regenerate API keys at any time through the dashboard.
The Service is subject to Gmail API rate limits and quotas imposed by Google. RegMail does not guarantee delivery of emails and is not responsible for failures caused by Gmail API limits, Google account restrictions, or recipient server rejections. Users are responsible for managing their own sending volume within Google's limits.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, RegMail and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, business opportunities, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid for the Service in the twelve (12) months prior to the claim.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless RegMail and its operators from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party, including any emails sent through the Service.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to violation of these Terms, abuse of the Service, or inactivity. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. You may delete your account at any time through the dashboard.
You are solely responsible for the content of all emails sent through the Service. RegMail does not monitor, review, or filter the content of emails. You acknowledge that you are the sender of record for all emails and bear full legal responsibility for their content and compliance with applicable laws, including anti-spam legislation (CAN-SPAM, GDPR, etc.).
We may modify these Terms at any time. Changes become effective upon posting to the Service. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We recommend reviewing these Terms periodically.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved in the competent courts of the jurisdiction where the Service operator is located.
For questions about these Terms, please contact us through the Service dashboard or by email at the address provided on our website.
